Dr. Charles Davis earned his authority on this subject the long way. The kid the system expected very little from became a special-education teacher, department chair, and athletic coach across 15+ years in public education — then completed his doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD) at Liberty University in May 2026. Today, through Davis Consulting Group, he trains educators, students, and leadership teams to stop consuming their story and start creating it.
