As the CEO of his Consulting firm, CDG LLC., Charles has partnered with school leadership to establish best practices in behavior, organization, and discipline using "Level Up 4 Success." Charles is involved in establishing an alternative behavior school structure that best prepares the students to transfer back to their primary high school with the skills to cope with the everyday challenges in this stressful environment. There is no doubt that both teachers and students can achieve everything they can imagine with the correct tool and resources, and it is Charles's goal to continue providing some of those resources. Charles will give practical and personal methods to address the challenges of underserved youth and establish a trusting relationship to serve their specific needs best.
